-All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Damaged or Defective Items

If your Machine Kit arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. (Refer to our Refund Policy)
If your Machine Kit is found to be defective, please notify us within 21 days of the purchase date. We will gladly offer a replacement or exchange in these cases, pending verification.
