(PLEASE READ) Important Printing & Assembly Note:
This file requires a little extra care during printing and assembly for the best results.
We recommend placing the 3D Ornament Ball halves flat-side down on the build plate and enabling Tree Supports within your slicer. Brims are also recommended for the ornament halves, pegs, and screw-on hanging top to help improve bed adhesion and print stability.
During assembly, we recommend applying a very thin bead of glue along the inner edge of one flat side of the ornament half before joining the two halves together.
Please note that this design is a more involved print and may require some support removal, cleanup, and assembly after printing.

A production-ready STL file for 3D printing photo magnet display ornaments. This design was engineered around a 30/40mm metal center disc (Round button frame variants will utilize a 8x3mm center magnet). The discs are widely available, industry-standard components, so you can source hardware easily and keep your per-unit costs predictable.
30mm Discs = 2x2 and2.5x2.5 Fridge Magnet Ornament sizes.
40mm Discs = 2x3,2.5x3.5 and 3x3 Fridge Magnet Ornament sizes.
8x3mm Round Magnets = 2.25 and 58mm Button Fridge Magnet Ornament sizes.
