I cannot say enough about this company!

I cannot say enough about this company! I had bought a magnet machine from another person and I was having so many problems with the 2x2 template. I made a comment on one of their Tic tok videos and they quickly reached out to me to offer me their help! After many attempts of trying to make the 2x2 template I bought from Etsy work nothing I did was working. Impressiprint let me know that the had a 2x2 template that might work on their website, so I purchased it. And again after many tries it didn’t work. I let them know and they responded to me that they would do whatever was in their power to help me figure it out. A few days went by and they reached out to me again letting me know that they had revised the 2x2 template and they emailed it to me at no extra charge! I tried it and Praise God it worked!!!! I now am making perfect magnets with no flaws! The template they created worked!!!! I will forever be grateful with this company! They reached out and help me when no one else would! I highly recommend this company not only because they sell products that WORK but their generosity goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with anyone or any company! Thank u Impressiprint for helping me!🥰❤️

Just align and stick, and saves me from fiddling around trying to eyeball it. It’s super straightforward and does exactly what it’s meant to do. The seller’s communication was excellent, which made the whole experience even better. Simple tool, great service!
