About the Intwine Design

The Intwine Frame features a unique intertwined border design created to beautifully display compatible 2x3" or 2.5x3.5" photo magnets while keeping the finished frame practical for repeat production.

The design is engineered around a 40mm metal center disc, a widely available component that makes sourcing hardware simple and helps keep your per-unit production costs predictable.

• Designed and tested for FDM 3D printing
• Successfully tested using Bambu Lab and Creality 3D printers
• Center disc pocket designed for standard 40mm metal discs
• Optional rear magnet pockets designed for 8mm x 3mm magnets
• Rear magnets allow finished frames to mount to refrigerators, whiteboards, and other magnetic surfaces
• Standard variants are designed to fit a 220 x 220mm build plate
• Variants marked (XL) require a build plate larger than 220 x 220mm

Each design has been successfully test printed using both Bambu Lab and Creality printers.

Because 3D printing results can vary based on your specific printer, slicer settings, filament, calibration, build plate condition, and printing environment, ImpressiPrint does not provide individual printing support or troubleshooting for digital STL files.

For the best printing results, we recommend using a properly calibrated printer, a clean build plate, dry filament, and verifying that your first layer is printing correctly before beginning a full production run.
